01. Data we access
- Google account: verified email, account ID, connection status, timestamps and authorization tokens for background sync.
- Analytics: accessible Property IDs, time zones, aggregate page views by day and over 5/30 minutes, sync times and errors.
- Workspace: staff usernames, assigned properties, manager permissions and work reports.
We request openid, email and analytics.readonly. We do not receive Google passwords, request Gmail or Drive access, edit Analytics data or retrieve individual website visitor identities.
02. How we use it
We identify connected accounts, match configured properties, sync reports, summarize traffic by team member and troubleshoot connections.
Google data is not sold or used for advertising targeting, credit decisions or general-purpose AI training. Its use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
03. Access and security
Reports are restricted to authorized administrators and managers within their assigned scope. Google provides authentication and API data; Adsvertex stores synced data on its hosting infrastructure.
Technical access is limited to operation, authorized support and security. Other disclosures are limited to legally required or security-related purposes, or user-authorized service functions consistent with Limited Use.
Google connections use HTTPS. OAuth client secrets and refresh tokens are encrypted in storage. No security measure eliminates every risk.
04. Retention and deletion
Reports and source mappings currently have no automatic expiry. Disconnecting removes the account’s refresh token from active configuration and requests revocation at Google. Account details and report history remain.
Disconnect in Adsvertex or revoke access through Google Account connections. A property may still sync through another connected account; remove or disable that source to stop all syncing. Removing a source does not delete history.
To request deletion, email the account or Property IDs and the data to remove to datlouis1908@gmail.com. Never send passwords or tokens. We verify your authority and explain the scope and timing; legal retention or backups may prevent immediate removal of every copy.
05. Contact and changes
Contact Adsvertex / VERTEX MEDIA at datlouis1908@gmail.com. Material changes to data use will be disclosed, with renewed consent where required before applying them.
